Whether it\u2019s aligning cross-functional teams, improving project processes, or helping organizations work smarter, I\u2019m motivated by turning complexity into something structured, transparent, and achievable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-2739cffa-9e3e-4d1f-85f4-e6ed036f0130\">I\u2019m currently\u00a0<strong>Head of Project Excellence at K\u00f6rber Supply Chain<\/strong>, where I focus on project standards, delivery quality, and sustainable improvements that help teams grow and succeed. My goal is always the same: build an environment where great people can do great work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-2739cffa-9e3e-4d1f-85f4-e6ed036f0130\"><br><strong>My Professional Journey<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the years, I\u2019ve had the opportunity to work on major fulfilment and automation projects in both Europe and the United States. Earlier in my career at SSI Sch\u00e4fer and Knapp, I led and delivered projects for large Fortune 500 companies such as\u00a0<strong>Walmart, Lowe\u2019s, Brose<\/strong>, <strong>Jysk, <\/strong>and many others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I originally entered the industry through a technical path\u2014first as an electrical and communication technician, later deepening my skills in IT and network security. That combination of engineering, IT, and project leadership has shaped the way I approach problem-solving today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How I work<br><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>People who know me would describe my style as calm, structured, and collaborative. I believe in strong relationships, clear communication, and continuous improvement\u2014small steps made consistently over time. I enjoy mentoring teams, simplifying workflows, and creating project environments that just work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where I am today<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>I live in&nbsp;<strong>Charlotte, North Carolina<\/strong>, where I enjoy exploring the region, staying active, and spending time with the people who matter most.
